Does anybody have a problem with using UTF8 for Chinese characters?

You can use Chinese on the list to discuss with classmates but it is best to
mostly use English. First, that will permit me to follow your discussions
and make suggestions. Second, most of the top embedded systems publications
are in English. That probably won't always be true but it is true today and
will probably remain true for a few years. Those who use it well will
therefore have a competitive advantage in embedded systems research.
