Python modules

• delegate.py: Base class delegation automation (easy-to-use and explicit super) docs code.
• graph.py: Directed and undirected graph data structures and algorithms docs code.
• qm.py: Two-level logic minimization library and command docs code. My goal was to keep the code simple and easy to read. George Prekas prepared a more optimized version.
